Gong Global currently operates out of the Santa Cruz and San Jose area, providing support to local and remote customers. Services are offered remotely by default, with on-site availability considered when appropriate.
While we continue to build out the platform, on-site support hours are focused on evenings and weekends. Requests submitted through the support portal are actively monitored and prioritized to ensure timely responses, with most work performed after standard business hours.
This model allows us to provide focused, interruption-free support without compromising responsiveness. If an issue is time-sensitive, submitting a ticket is the fastest way to get it reviewed and scoped.
